I can see a grey screen but there’s no virtual tour image
(Sometimes the grey box may have a red cross in the upper left corner)
You need Java software loaded and enabled on your PC to see virtual tours.
Follow these steps to check if you have Java.
- Go to the Main Menu of Internet Explorer.
Click on ‘Tools’, ‘Internet Options’ and then ‘Advanced’.A Settings list will open up.
Drag the scroll bar down about half-way until you see something like this.
-
If you don’t have Sun Corporation’s version of Java or the Microsoft VM version (you only need one of them) you will need to download Java from www.java.com/download (it is a free download and virus-free). Java normally appears after HTTP 1.1 Settings.
-
If you have Java installed but the boxes are not ticked, tick the boxes to enable Java. You may have to restart your computer.
Once you have installed and enabled Java, you can see a whole raft of programs that are built on this platform.
